The Complication collects the minimum needed to fulfil your order: your email, shipping address, and order contents. These are collected and processed by Stripe (payment) and shared with Prodigi, our print partner, solely to produce and ship physical orders. We run no customer database of our own; order records live with those processors. Your cart is stored only in your own browser and never sent to us until you check out.

We create no accounts, run no advertising pixels, use no analytics, and set no marketing cookies. We do not sell or share personal information, and we send no marketing email.

To have your order data deleted or exported, write to paintedalways@gmail.com and we will honor the request within 30 days, except for records our payment processor must retain for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
